The bright, rich aroma of the wine reveals juicy berry shades. The taste of the wine has a generous, harmonious taste with expressive notes of ripe cherries, blueberries, blackberries, prunes, cherry syrup and dark chocolate, fresh acidity and a long, pleasant aftertaste. Alluria, Red is a dry red wine made from traditional Armenian grape varieties – Haghtanak and Karmrayut. To produce it, specialists use small volumes of berries, which are crushed by hand on a basket press. During the fermentation process, exclusively wild yeast is used, and the wine is aged in barrels made of Karabakh wood for a year. Before going on sale, the wine is additionally aged in bottles in the winery’s cellars.
