The wine exhibits a juicy, rich aroma woven from notes of cherries, cherries, cloves, spices, figs and black pepper. The wine attracts with a silky, full taste with fruity and spicy accents and elegant tannins in a long aftertaste. “Altos Ibericos” is a line of noble wines from the Torres family, named after the picturesque place of Alto Otero in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, where the Torres winery is located in the city of Labastida. “Altos Ibericos” Reserva is made from high-quality grapes, which undergo pre-maceration for 15-20 days and fermentation in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26-28 ° C for about a week. Young wine is aged in French oak barrels (some of which are new) for a minimum of 18 months. The wine matures in bottles in the wine cellar for another 12 months. Wine storage potential is up to 10 years.
