The wine has a light golden color. In the fresh and delicate aroma of the wine, nuances of alpine meadow flowers take center stage. The wine offers a crisp, fresh, harmonious taste with fruity-floral accents, well-balanced, lively acidity, and a long, elegant aftertaste with hints of beeswax.
“Ariats” Voskehat is a refreshing dry white wine made from the indigenous Voskehat grape variety, traditionally known as the queen of Armenian grapes and the “golden berry.” Voskehat is grown in the mountainous valleys at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level in the vineyards of Ahavnadzor in the Vayots Dzor region, one of Armenia’s finest terroirs. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo a 48-hour maceration to obtain a rich color, harmonious structure, and strength. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 13°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine pairs excellently with vegetable salads, steamed vegetables, soft cheeses, pasta, sushi and sashimi, as well as with Eastern desserts and dried fruits.
