“Ariats” Carbonic Karasi White is a charming dry white wine made from the autochthonous Kangun grape variety, which is grown in the mountain valleys at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level in the vineyards of Aghavnadzor in the Vayots Dzor region, one of the best terroirs in Armenia. The harvest is carried out manually at the time of optimal ripeness of the berries, at the winery the fruits undergo carbonic maceration for 15 days, followed by pressing and fermentation. The wine is aged for six months in ancient century-old clay karases (amphoras). The taste is balanced, drinkable, clean, soft, with notes of ripe fruits, almonds, beeswax and wild apples, bright sourness and a long aftertaste. The harmonious, fresh aroma is revealed in the glass with shades of white mulberry and ripe apricot.
