“By.Ott” Cotes de Provence Rose AOP

The wine attracts with a refreshing, elegant, sophisticated aroma with dominant shades of passion fruit, mango, white peach and apricot. The taste of the wine is soft, fresh, fruity, with notes of citrus zest, cinnamon and cardamom, smoothly turning into a refined aftertaste. “By.Ott” Rose, Cotes De Provence AOP is a sophisticated rose wine designed to give pleasure. Its production uses a blend of three grape varieties – Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Yagoas grow in the estate’s vineyards on shale-clay soils. Harvesting is carried out manually in the morning, until the air temperature exceeds 15 °C. The grapes are carefully sorted on a sorting table. After gentle pressing in a vertical press, the wort undergoes a short maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats.
