The soft, round and refreshing taste of the wine has an enveloping creamy texture, juicy tones of citrus fruits, apple, pear and pineapple, notes of roasted nuts and vanilla in a long aftertaste. Exquisite French dry white wine Louis Latour, Chardonnay is made from selected Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-calcareous soils of vineyards in Burgundy, one of the best wine-growing regions of France, where centuries-old traditions are carefully preserved, and the aromas of harvests of different years soar in the wine cellars. The local continental climate, characterized by cold winters, warm and sometimes even hot summers and dry autumns, is ideal for the cultivation of Chardonnay, which fully reveals its varietal characteristics in such conditions. The harvest is harvested by hand from 30-year-old vines when the berries reach optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at controlled temperatures. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 months.
