The wine has a rich aroma with generous tones of red fruits, dark berries and spices. The wine captivates with its intense, velvety, fresh, fruity taste with a pleasant berry tartness, well-integrated tannins and a long, dry finish. “Kataro” is a dry red wine with a noble taste and rich aroma. The Khndohni grape variety is used in its production. The unique terroir helps to maximize the potential of the variety. The grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 600-700 meters above sea level. Mild winters and sunny summers contribute to the harmonious ripening of grapes; environmentally friendly viticulture methods preserve an intense and pronounced taste. The entire process of growing vines and harvesting grapes is done manually, which allows almost complete control over the quality of the future wine. After harvesting and sorting the crop, fermentation occurs on the pulp, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is served with game dishes, cold cuts, barbecue and other meat snacks.
