The wine has a rich pink color. It captivates with a rich, vibrant aroma with berry tones. In the rounded, harmonious taste of the wine, fruity-berry nuances prevail, transitioning into a gentle acidity in the prolonged aftertaste. Armenia Wine, “Takar” Areni Rose, 2020, is an elegant dry single-variety rosé wine crafted from Areni grapes. They are grown in the Armenian Vayots Dzor region at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. The harvest is manually collected at the end of September and the beginning of October when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. After sorting, the grape juice remains in contact with the skins for 10 hours, then it is pressed and undergoes a two-week fermentation in stainless steel tanks. As a result, “Takar” Areni Rose acquires a refined taste, color, and aroma.
