The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the facility in small crates on refrigerated trucks. Upon arrival, they undergo a strict manual sorting process on a selection conveyor. Then, they undergo a gentle membrane press with inert gas. Subsequently, 100% fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The wine has a pale yellow, rich color and a splendid bouquet of fruity aromas such as mango, melon, mandarin, interwoven with floral notes. It possesses a full-bodied, piquant, and smooth flavor profile. To create Armenia Wine’s “Tariri” White Dry in Armavir, grapes of the Kangun, Colombard, and Muscat Ottonel varieties are cultivated. Harvesting takes place in mid-September, with manual picking in vineyards situated at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, followed by additional sorting on a special table. After pressing, the raw material undergoes vinification in new barrels made of French oak.
