Villa Sandi, “Il Fresco” Prosecco is a white sparkling wine made from the traditional grape variety Prosecco. The vines grow in the vineyards of the Villa Sandi estate in Treviso. The harvest occurs when the berries reach optimal ripeness. Whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. Primary, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, the wine undergoes brief stabilization and is bottled under pressure.
