Description
This wine from the Armavir region is made in a classic style: fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for at least four months. It has a pale yellow color in the glass. The aroma reveals green apple and citrus. The taste features fresh, lime-like acidity and a medium, clean finish. The wine is refreshing, light, and well-balanced. It pairs perfectly with seafood and white meat dishes. Serve well chilled. This wine was created in memory of Martiros Yavrunc, a hereditary winemaker born in 1902 in Bitlis, whose family moved to France after the Genocide. His dream of creating wine from the grapes of his homeland was realized by his descendants a century later.
