Description
The palate is round, balanced, and soft, with a velvety texture. Ripe dark berries underlie the palate, with subtle spice and a clean, pleasant, medium-length finish without heaviness. The aroma is generous and elegant: cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of tobacco and spice are harmoniously blended, without harsh notes. The color is a deep, rich ruby. It pairs well with meat appetizers, grilled veal, juicy steak, and roast beef. Clarendelle Rouge, Médoc AOC, is a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from the best vineyards in the Médoc region. This wine is aged extensively before release, ensuring it is well-balanced and ready to drink. Its signature style is refined, with a good structure and a lingering finish. Decanting is recommended for approximately an hour before serving to allow for full development.
