Description
The Chardonnay varietal character is clearly evident on the palate, with a delicate, creamy texture and subtle hints of cedar bark on the finish. Fresh, aromatic accents of golden apple and hawthorn mingle harmoniously with notes of lemon custard, vanilla, and biscuit, creating a sophisticated bouquet. Bramito is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of the historic Castello della Sala. In this terroir, where the soils are formed from fossilized deposits with a touch of clay, Chardonnay displays true, pure minerality and elegance. After clarification in stainless steel vats, the various batches of wine are placed partly in barrels and partly in steel tanks for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. A portion of the barrel wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Before bottling, all components are blended.
