Description
Marius Peyol Côtes de Provence is a fresh, dry rosé from Provence, made from the region’s classic grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Tibouren, and Mourvèdre. Its pale pink color is clear and appetizing. The aroma is complex, with notes of red berries, white peach, citrus, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is elegant, round, and very fresh, with a light fruity sweetness and lively acidity, with subtle spicy nuances and a pleasant, refined finish. It is an excellent summer aperitif, paired with Niçoise salad, white meats, delicatessen, and grilled dishes. The wine is made with a short maceration at 15°C, fermented at 16–18°C, and bottled under an inert atmosphere to preserve its freshness and aroma. The Provence terroir, with its warm, dry climate, diverse soils, and the Mistral wind, creates ideal conditions for grapes. The wine has received prestigious awards, including silver at the 2017 International Wine Challenge and gold at the 2016 Gilbert & Gaillard.
