Mateus Rosé Original is a light, fresh, young rosé from Portugal with delicate, natural effervescence. Its color is bright, pure, salmon pink. The wine immediately impresses with its lightness and vivacity. The aroma reveals fresh red berries, a touch of floral notes, and a light fruity mix without any heavy nuances. Everything is neat and clean, without being overly sweet. The palate is well-balanced: refreshing and easy to drink, with soft acidity and a slightly sparkling finish. Produced from Baga, Rufete, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Franca grapes, it is vinified like white wines: slow, skinless fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by cold stabilization and bottling.
