Description
This Shoror is a dry white wine from the Armavir region, created from a blend of 70% Kangun and 30% Voskehat. Armavir offers a warm climate and well-ripening grapes with preserved acidity. Kangun provides freshness, lightness, and a citrusy profile, while Voskehat adds structure, depth, fruity-honey notes, and aging potential. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, which imparts volume, roundness, and delicate woody nuances without overload. Alcohol is 13.5%. The taste is dry and balanced, with medium acidity, good density, and a subtle oak finish. The style is gastronomic and versatile. It pairs well with fish, seafood, poultry, cheeses, and dishes with light sauces. The name “Shoror” refers to an ancient Armenian dance, emphasizing the national character of the wine.
