Hand-picked grapes are crushed and placed in steel tanks, where the must is fermented at a controlled temperature for 20-30 days. The wine matures for 12-18 months in large French oak barrels. &#8220;Lu Rappaio&#8221; goes well with pasta with mushrooms, fried meat, grilled meat, lamb. The wine has a generous, juicy, soft, well-structured taste with rounded tannins, notes of dark fruits and wild berries, vanilla, sweet spices and a pleasant velvety aftertaste.
