The fruit profile is clean and mature, with fine, neat tannins well integrated into the structure. The balance between acidity, alcohol, and fruit is precise. The finish is long and dry, with pleasant spicy and earthy nuances. The aroma initially reveals ripe mulberry and dark berries, followed by notes of olives, walnuts, mushrooms, and dried thyme\u2014the aroma is complex but not heavy. The color is deep, dark ruby, with garnet highlights around the rim of the glass. The wine pairs beautifully with meat\u2014beef, duck, game, roast poultry\u2014and complements aged and semi-hard cheeses well.
