Description
“Ariats” Carbonic Karasi Red is a luxurious dry red wine made from the Akhtanak grape variety, which is grown at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level in the vineyards of the Ararat Valley. The harvest is carried out manually at the time of optimal ripeness of the berries, at the winery the fruits undergo carbonic maceration for 15 days, followed by pressing and fermentation. The wine is aged for six months in ancient century-old clay karases (amphoras). The taste is round, medium-bodied, soft, with a velvety texture, notes of wild berries and blackthorn, silky tannins and a long aftertaste, which contains touches of dark chocolate and ripe blackberries. The rich, harmonious aroma is revealed in the glass with shades of black currant and lilac flowers.
