The seductive aroma of sparkling wine reveals alluring tones of honey, red berries and citrus fruits. The sparkling wine has a light, drinkable, refreshing and perfectly balanced taste with tones of red berries, white cherries, apricots, pink grapefruit zest and grated ginger. Lively sourness adorns the persistent, dry aftertaste. Mionetto, Prosecco DOC Rose Extra Dry is a pink sparkling wine made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes grown in the Treviso region. The vineyards have an excellent soil and climatic terroir, in which the grapes achieve maximum quality expression. The harvest is harvested in the second half of September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated on the skins for several days, which gives the cuvée its radiant pink hue. Secondary fermentation in accordance with the Charmat method for 60 days allows you to enrich the flavor and aromatic palette of sparkling wine with honey tones and shades of bread crust. Sparkling wine can be served as an aperitif, as well as with light appetizers, seafood, shellfish, grilled fish and risotto.
