Description
The wine has a rich aroma with rich tones of dark berries, red fruits, spices, tobacco and chocolate. The wine has an intense, round, balanced taste with a juicy fruit core, velvety tannins, fresh acidity and a long, dry, moderately spicy finish. “Reserve de l’Este” Medoc is made from completely ripe grapes through traditional vinification. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (28-32 °C) is accompanied by regular pumping of the wort. Then malolactic fermentation and aging in steel vats take place.
