Description
The delicate aroma of the wine is filled with hints of almond and rose and notes of red fruit. The wine has an elegant, soft, balanced taste with a very fruity aftertaste. “Reserve de Rempart” Saint-Emilion is made from Merlot grapes and a small proportion of Cabernet Franc through traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 30 °C. Remontage is carried out twice a day for a week to enhance the color and aroma of the wine.
