Description
The wine has a light straw color with a yellowish tint. The rich aroma of the wine reveals floral notes and hints of vanilla. The wine possesses a fresh and refined taste. “Takar” Kangun is a white single-varietal dry wine created from the traditional Kangun grape variety of the Aragatsotn region. The grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level in a continental climate. The harvest is manually collected in mid-September, placing the berries in small crates and subjecting them to additional selection on a sorting table. The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press in an inert environment, and the resulting must is settled for 12 hours at low temperatures. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels made of French and Armenian oak (1/3). The wine is then aged for 6 months in the same oak barrels.
