The grapes are grown in a continental climate in areas located at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand in early October at the peak of berry ripeness. The grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes in refrigerated trucks. The grapes are carefully sorted on the selection table upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C for 2 weeks. Then maceration is carried out, which takes about a month. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
