The vineyards are located in the continental climate of the Armavir region at an altitude of 1200-1500 meters above sea level. The harvesting of Kangun grapes is done manually in small crates. The juice is pressed using a pneumatic press, and then it ferments at a temperature of 14-16 °C for 3 weeks. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel autoclaves for 4 months, utilizing the Charmat method.
