Description
The wine is golden-yellow in color. The expressive, refreshing aroma of the wine unfolds with hints of stone fruits, honey, candied citrus, and herbs. The wine captivates with a soft, rounded taste and a smooth texture, featuring fruity-honey nuances and a subtle acidity in the long aftertaste. “Tus” Reserve White is a dry white wine crafted from the indigenous Lalvari grape variety. The berries are grown in vineyards in northern Armenia, in the village of Kohb in the Tavush region. Harvesting is done manually at the optimal ripeness of the grapes, and at the winery, the fruits undergo pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 16 months. This wine pairs well with fish dishes, cheeses, light meat appetizers, and also serves as an excellent aperitif.
