Dry white sparkling wine Cuvee “Astoria Lounge” Brut from the collection “It’s Lounge Time!” is made from aromatic white grape varieties typical of the province of Treviso, including the Glera variety. The grapes grow on the sunny hills of the estate “Val de Brune”. The average age of the vines is 8-12 years. The harvest takes place in September. After soft pressing, a short maceration and static decantation of the must are carried out. Primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 18-19 ° C with selected yeast. The young wine is aged on noble sediment for several weeks. Secondary fermentation takes 20-25 days. After this, the cuvée matures on yeast sediment for several weeks, is bottled and matures until complete harmonization. It is recommended to serve the cuvée “Astoria Lounge” very chilled, in a bucket of ice. The taste of the wine is dry, mature, harmonious, rich, elegant. The aroma of the wine is ethereal, delicate, combining varietal fruity shades with yeast notes.
