Roma Bianco echoes the luxury and pomp of Ancient Rome. It is produced from Malvasia Puntinata and Bombino grown on the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani, and are among the main grapes for the production of Frascati Superiore Docg. Ancient varieties very interesting for their aromatic quality and mineral expression, they give the wines a bright color, great flavor, and at the same time structure and softness. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose releases intense floral and white-fleshed fruit aromas that then turn to mineral sensations.
