This wine is an integral part of film industry events, such as the Oscars or the Cannes Film Festival. Marilyn Monroe’s favorite champagne. In 2006, Piper-Heidsieck, Brut won a gold medal at the Mondial de Bruxelles competition and was named “Drink of the Year” at the International Wine Challenge, 2006. The taste of champagne is lively and fresh, with notes of ripe pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and oriental sweets. The aroma of champagne is filled with notes of citrus fruits, ripe apple and subtle nuances of spring flowers, such as hawthorn.
