Production method – Sharma-Martinotti, aging on fine lees for 6 months. Color – crystal clear, brilliant light straw. Aroma – floral-fruity aroma with dominant tones of white peach and yellow apples. The taste is light, harmonious, refreshing with a good balance of acidity, hints of citrus and a soft fruity aftertaste with subtle creamy notes.
