The delicate and elegant fruity-floral aroma of the wine is filled with notes of banana, pineapple, white flowers and candied fruit. The wine has a dry, balanced, refreshing taste with harmonious acidity, delicate fruity tones and a persistent mineral aftertaste. The wonderful wine “Villa Antinori” Bianco was first created in 1931 by the Marquis Nicolo Antinori himself. Since then, not only the label has remained virtually unchanged, but the philosophy and traditions of making wine, which captivates with floral and fruity tones. The only thing that has undergone changes is the varietal composition of the blend. In the first years of production, wine was made from only two grape varieties – Trebbiano and Malvasia. Then, to give the wine more depth and volume, other grape varieties were added to the blend, such as Rhine Riesling, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. The harvested grapes are separated from the stems and gently pressed. The resulting wort is cooled to a temperature of 10 ° C to promote its natural clarification; after 48 hours, the wort is placed in stainless steel containers, where fermentation takes place at a temperature not exceeding 18 °C. The wine is then stored in steel containers at 10°C until bottling.
