The aromatic bouquet of the wine is replete with notes of ripe red fruits and berries, framed by the nuances of rose petals. The taste of the wine is balanced, refreshing and soft, revealing tones of red cherry, strawberry, nuances of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, rose and honey. The aftertaste is powerful and long. “ArmAs”, Rose – a refreshing dry pink wine made from Karmrayut grapes. Known as the birthplace of the grapevine, Armenia is also home to the oldest known wine-producing ruins, dating back over 8,000 years. At Golden Grape Armas, located 1,400 meters above sea level in the province of Aragatsotn, winemaker Emilio Del Medico paid tribute to this monument of winemaking by taking part in the winemaking heritage of Armenia’s Renaissance, creating the award-winning balanced wine “ArmAs”, a Rose from one of the best natural resources of Armenia – Karmrayut grape variety.
