Description
The wine exhibits a bright fruity-floral bouquet, framed by dry mineral notes. The wine has a drinkable, refreshing, lively, fruity taste with a smooth texture, elegant minerality and bold citrus acidity in a dry, persistent finish. “Kataro” White is a dry white wine produced from Voskehat and Khatuni grape varieties grown on the lands of the Vayots Dzor region. The unique terroir helps to maximize the potential of each variety. The grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 600-700 meters above sea level. Mild winters and sunny summers contribute to the harmonious ripening of grapes; environmentally friendly viticulture methods preserve an intense and pronounced taste. After harvest, the grapes are sorted, pressed and subjected to traditional vinification. Aging takes place in steel tanks, as a result of which the wine acquires an elegant floral aroma with notes of peach and citrus. The wine will be an excellent companion to white fish, seafood, soft and semi-hard cheeses, pates and salads.
