Louis Jadot, Macon Villages is a lively, charming, fruity wine produced using traditional technology from Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the Macon Villages area, in the southern part of Burgundy, near the Beaujolais region. This zone is the largest in the Mâcon region, covering approximately 2,500 hectares of vineyards. Forty-three villages are authorized to produce white wine under the name Macon Villages. The wine matures in stainless steel containers. The wine can be drunk now or stored for three years.
