Description
The wine intrigues with a soft, rich taste with a velvety texture, fruity and woody accents and fine-grained tannins in a persistent finish. Pinot Noir from Louis Latour is a classic dry red Burgundy wine made from grapes grown in Burgundy on clay-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is 25 years. After hand picking, the harvest is sorted and subjected to traditional fermentation in open vats. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats and takes 10-12 months. The wine has a storage potential of 2-3 years.
