Prosecco Rose DOC

Description

The wine demonstrates a refined aroma, woven from notes of ripe, juicy fruits and wild berries. Sparkling wine attracts with its refreshing, bright, juicy taste with hints of fruit and berries, appetizing acidity and a dry aftertaste. Zonin, Prosecco Rose is an elegant pink sparkling wine made from Glera (Prosecco) grapes with the addition of a small amount of Pinot Nero. From the north, the Dolomite mountain range protects the vineyards from cold winds; from the south, the wind blowing from the Adriatic Sea contributes to sufficient precipitation, especially in the summer. Noticeable fluctuations in night and day temperatures create conditions for the ripening of berries with a rich aroma. At the end of the harvest, the fruits are pressed followed by vinification, which includes a brief maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
