Sparkling wine enchants with a harmonious, fresh aroma with dominant shades of lemon, grapefruit and kiwi. The sparkling wine exhibits a soft, clean taste with citrus and mineral accents and piquant sourness in a balanced finish. “Takar” Extra Brut Rose is a pink sparkling wine that demonstrates elegant style. The vineyards are located in the continental climate of the Armavir region at an altitude of 1200-1500 meters above sea level. Areni grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes. The juice is squeezed out using a pneumatic press and then fermented at a temperature of 14-16 °C for 3 weeks. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method. Sparkling wine will complement fried dishes, sushi, vegetables, poultry, and a variety of cheeses.
