Description
The rich, fruity aroma of the wine reveals hints of blackberry, grape and soft, spicy touches. The taste of the wine is rich, refined, velvety and persistent. Fruit tones dominate in it. To create the wine “Tariri” Red Dry, Areni, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are grown in the Aragatsotn region. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. The harvest is carried out at the end of September and beginning of October, carried out manually and additionally sorted on a special table. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C, the process lasts 2 weeks. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel tanks. After this, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
