Description

Sparkling wine exhibits a refreshing aroma with fruity and floral undertones. Sparkling wine has a soft, fresh taste with fruity and floral accents and light sourness in a silky aftertaste. “Yerevan 782 BC” Demi-Sec is a sparkling white semi-dry wine created from a blend of two grape varieties – Kangun and Rkatsiteli. The berries grow in the company’s vineyards in the Armavir region. Harvesting is done by hand from early September to late September. At the winery, the berries are carefully pressed under a pneumatic press with inert gas, and secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method.
