For the production of sparkling semi-sweet wine “Karas” Sweet, Muscat Ottonel grapes are used. The berries grow in the vineyards of the farm in the Armavir region on heavy rocky soils of volcanic origin. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand; at the winery, the fruits are subjected to destemming, soft pressing and fermentation at a temperature of 14-16 ° C for 20 days.
