The notes of rolls and apples add appetizing freshness to the lingering aftertaste. “Takar” Extra Brut is an outstanding sparkling wine that showcases an elegant style. The vineyards are located in the continental climate of the Armavir region at an altitude of 1200-1500 meters above sea level. The harvesting of Kangun grapes is done manually in small crates. The juice is pressed using a pneumatic press, and then it ferments at a temperature of 14-16 °C for 3 weeks. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel autoclaves for 4 months, utilizing the Charmat method.
