Wine full, rich straw-yellow color. The aroma of wine is filled with tones of lychee and mango, which blend harmoniously with hints of rose petals and delicate nuances of honeysuckle. The taste of wine is rounded and harmonious, with notes of fresh fruit, mineral nuances, lively acidity and a long finish. Gewurztraminer wine is made from the best grapes of Gewurztraminer, taking its name from the village of Tramin and is the basis for a variety of white wines from the region of Alto Adige. The fruits are hand-picked in the vineyards located at an altitude of 250-500 meters above sea level and with the southern and south-western exposure. The wort is slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature control. Then the wine is aged 5-7 months on fine lees in stainless steel barrels.
